Dr. Amanda Khoury is a cancer epigenetics researcher in the Epigenetics Laboratory at the Garvan Institute of Medical Research, where she is a Senior Research Officer and Conjoint Lecturer at UNSW. She completed her PhD in the Garvan Epigenetics Lab and has remained in the group to pursue research on how CTCF binding and 3D genome organisation influence gene regulation in cancer, using genomics, CRISPR screens, and chromatin architecture profiling
