2025 AGM
Our inaugural AGM will be held on Thursday 25 September at 12:00 PM AEST
The AEpiA Committee is currently seeking new members to help support and energise the Australasian epigenetics research community.
Our committee meets online every two months and includes representatives from across Australia and New Zealand. We oversee a range of AEpiA initiatives—such as the website, online seminar series, and national scientific meetings—and we’re always open to new ideas and contributions.
We will appoint new committee members at the upcoming AEpiA Annual General Meeting, to be held online on: Thursday 25 September at 12:00 PM AEST
Positions Available:
Chair
Co-Chair
Treasurer
Secretary
Region Representatives
Early-Career Researcher (ECR) Representatives
If you’re passionate about strengthening the epigenetics research network across Australasia, this is a great opportunity to contribute, collaborate, and help shape AEpiA’s direction over the next two years. Committee roles are a rewarding way to engage with peers, build leadership experience, and support the broader research community.
How to Apply:
To nominate yourself, please complete the form here by Friday 12 September at 5:00 PM AEST.
If you have any questions, feel free to contact AEpiA Chair, Heather Lee, at heather.lee@newcastle.edu.au.
We have also attached some further details about the AGM.
We look forward to receiving your nomination!
